Guidelines for LSAG & TWAL

Before you begin your registration, please read the rules and guidelines in Step 1!

There are Three Steps to the Registration Process

1. Download and Read Rules: Learn about the LSAG Rules, Divisions and Categories for this Show. LSAG SHOW RULES. Download and read the 2026 TWAL Show Schedule & Prospectus which gives detailed guidelines and information about this show. This Show follows the LSAG Rules, and TWAL has noted fees and additional items associated with this Show in the Prospectus.

2. Register Your Artwork and Pay Entrance Fees online with TWAL: Register your artwork(s) online with The Woodlands Art League (TWAL) using the registration links to the left on this page and pay fees with credit card.

3. Next – Register Your Artwork In the LSAG Database: Enter all details as required into the LSAG database at this link: http://lsag.wspub.com/ (Helpful Hints about registering artwork are in the LSAG database linked here: LSAG Database Website Login Directions )

Your username will be your email address
Your password will be the first letter of your first name, capitalized, and then the first letter of your last name capitalized, followed by the rest of your last name in lower case. Password example: for Jane Smith = JSmith
You should be able to change your password if needed.

ART PICK-UP: Sunday, October 18, 4:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. Artists sign-out & take their artwork.

WE NEED YOU to Volunteer for this show! We cannot do without you! Please register for a volunteer shift or two to help us out: https://woodlandsartleague.org/event-6791519

You do not have to enter your art, or be a member to Volunteer. When registering to Volunteer, scroll and click on the "Register" button, find the Date & Time you would like, look at available time slots & task needed for that day, and select one, click "Next" Button and register.

You may, we hope you do, sign-up for more than one time slot/day, but must register each separately. Thank you!

Friendly reminders regarding LSAG Qualifying Shows:

The Woodlands Art League’s Exhibit & Show is open to all artists in Texas. Artists do not have to be a member of an art league to enter this show. This is an LSAG qualifying show and meets the rules and standards set by the Lone Star Art Guild. Texas art league members who are Winners, are eligible to enter the Juried Show at the LSAG Annual Show in 2027.

If you are a show winner but are not a member of an LSAG league, you will need to join TWAL or another LSAG affiliated league prior to registration to advance to the Annual LSAG show. If you are already a member of TWAL or any other LSAG affiliated league you are automatically a member of the Lone Star Art Guild and are eligible to enter other LSAG qualifying shows, and upon winning, can advance to the annual LSAG show.

The mission of The Woodlands Art League is to promote and support the visual arts in The Woodlands and surrounding communities through education, instruction, exhibitions, and community involvement. TWAL is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization.
