Class Title: Intro to Art Journaling

Location: WAL Studio and Gallery, 701 Sawdust Rd., Spring 77380

Ages: Adults and teens

Art journaling is an open-ended form of art where the focus is on the process of creating and self-expression rather than the final product. Whether you are an absolute beginner or an experienced artist, art journaling can benefit you in many ways. With a few inexpensive supplies and some common household items, the possibilities are endless.

In this class you will learn the basics of art journaling while having fun experimenting and discovering ways to fill your art journal with pages that express who you are in interesting and unique ways. We will focus on techniques and materials that will introduce you to creating a mixed media art journal.

The cost of this class includes all the materials you will need to get started on this journey of self-care and personal and/or artistic growth.
