• Art intake: Wednesday AM
• Hang Art: Thursday AM
  Apply Velcro if needed, hang art in categories,
• Hospitality
  Order and pick up refreshments- cake, water, paper products (see Sara for center's requirement), etc
• Judge assistants
  Walk with judge, keep duplicate roster, apply ribbons. Time - Friday 8:45am- noon
• Panel delivery/set up
  Bring panels from WAL Gallery to Nature Center and set up. Two trucks or large SUV's needed if possible. Light lifting.
• Panel pickup and delivery- Saturday
  Two trucks or SUV's wanted if possible!

• Reception and food set up
  Set up for refreshments and award ceremony. docent show.
• Reception staff, Saturday 12:30-4 pm
  Bring awarded art to display as ribbons given, total People's Choice, tend refreshment table, help with show breakdown and art pick up.
• Show docent: Friday 12:30-4
• Show docent: Friday AM
  Watch room, answer questions
• Show Docent: Thursday 1-4pm
  Sit, answer questions, watch art
